Services
GarnetDevs provides web design, development and related digital services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing of any project are defined in a separate agreement or proposal agreed between you and us.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or access required for us to deliver the agreed work. Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect project timelines.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment for a project, ownership of the final delivered work is transferred to you, except for third-party materials, fonts, or tools subject to their own licences. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Project fees, payment schedules and accepted methods are set out in your project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Work remains our property until paid in full.
Revisions and refunds
The number of included revisions is specified in your project agreement. Additional revisions may incur further fees. As our services involve bespoke creative work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
Third-party content
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or incorporate third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
